Same Gold's Gym that was here before just rebranded as EOS and now there's a supplements store inside.
It's not LVAC or 24hr fitness but it has everything anyone ever needed at any skill level to get fit well besides maybe a basketball court, racquetball court, or running path but really who needs that there's a park down the road with a basketball court and I'm sure you can do some running too as for racquetball oh well. It has walls of mirrors to look at yourself and others, free weights, benches, smiths machines, various machines to give you a good pump, womens only area very nice from outside, class areas, cycling, and various cardio equipments. Some of the equipment are older but fulling functional. There's a lot more weight training equipment than treadmills and other cardio equipment.
The employees I've dealt with are friendly but pretty much I go in workout and leave with little interaction. During busy hours it does seem like they need to walk around the gym floor more often to refill paper towels and spray cleaner and to rerack weights cause not all gym users practice proper gym etiquette but overall I'm good with them.
Not bad of a place for an inexpensive gym membership.
There's no good or bad time to go here I've even been here at midnight. There's always seen a lot of people here but it's never been to busy for me to not workout.
