  • I had no issue whatsoever with the cleaning I received, but I was dissatisfied with the customer service. During my free estimate visit, wise-cracks and negative comments were made about the cleanliness of my apartment. I was given a verbal quote but nothing written and no instructions on methods of payment. When the maid came to clean I asked her how I pay and she said she didn't know and I should call the office. I did so, and on the phone it was implied that I knew very well and was trying to get out of paying my bill. I would have continued with the service if it hadn't been for this last negative experience on the phone.
