  • Reasons we stay at Mirage: 1) Love the pool- lots of trees, shade, waterfalls, etc.; 2) A little smaller than other casinos- easier for me to get around (I'm disabled); 3) Staff are so friendly, nice, efficient, helpful; 4) It's next door to & an easy stroll to Ceasar's Shops at the Forum- which we adore!! 5) Has many very good "moderate" eateries (Calif. Pizza Kitchen, the Pantry, Carnegie Deli, burger place, etc.) when you don't feel like spending a fortune to eat. Reasons we may not be back: A new (to us) $24 per day parking fee!!!! Wow, we have come here many times before and did not have to pay as a hotel guest--that really fried us; 2) For 2nd time, rotten luck at gambling there! $15 minimum Craps too much for my blood and we lost!!! Last Oct., we stayed at the Venetian, and loved their pool as well, plus NO parking fee! And it is gorgeous, plus we did well at gambling. May not be back to our old friend, The Mirage. The parking fee just ticked us off!
