  • If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. Checked in and was in the room for all of two minutes before finding bedbugs in the mattress. The front desk did not try to rectify the problem, nor did they seem surprised. It seemed to me like they had gotten multiple guests with the same complaint. I will not be booking again.
