  • I'd like to explain my low rating, with the hopes that management will read this and make changes. 1. I purchased my tickets through flixster and the transaction was smooth and easy at the ticket booth. No change needed. 2. I stood in concession line for literally 10 minutes. There were 4 lines total and it was obvious it was very busy, which is understandable as it was New Year's Day. It appears to me that AMC has somehow complicated the concessions so much that it confuses the people trying to take orders. I really don't know why it took so long and I really don't care. Figure out how to let your customers pay extravagant prices for food and drink in a much more efficient way and you will make plenty of profit. Change needed here. 3. We went to see The Hateful Eight in theater 13. About halfway to the top, an obviously homeless man had decided to make a bed out of a row of seats. I'm not quite sure why this person was allowed to stay in the theater between movies and was not getting up to leave after the movie was over either. It feels like there are some security opportunities that need to be addressed at this theater. Change needed here. This is a free survey to the people that run this particular AMC location. Move on it, because I wasn't the only person unhappy with this location.
