  • After reading other negative reviews, I have to conclude they're right. This location's products don't taste as good as the ones downtown. The Madeleine's are straight up rocks (not sure if they were made the day before or need to be heated up at home?). The angel cake is so over baked on the bottom as there was a substantial crust while the centre of the cake was under done. I also pre-ordered the no-bake Sakura cheese cake for $35. It's not worth the price...you can get an amazing cake for $35 at dessert lady (Yorkville). The crust is nice, it's quite aesthetically pleasing but the cake actually tastes like nothing. I don't get any Sakura flavouring (expecting floral scents). I go downtown frequently so I would much rather go to those locations after work and bring them back up.
