rev:text	I haven't been so disrespected since I divorced my loser ex-husband!! You can read through my hundreds of reviews and you will NOT see me complaining about being disrespected in ANY of them!! This situation was OVER THE TOP OUTRAGEOUS!!! I own with Cibola Vista and have since prior to the buildings even being built. I lived across the street from this resort and bought into it ONLY to use the promised facilities (that never transpired) known as "Day Use." It has been several years since I last utilized the facilities. I called last night to confirm that I could use my driver's license as I.D. since I misplaced my resort I.D. I was asked my name and I was then I was told that because the deed was only in my name, I could only have ONE guest at the pool. I was then told that I could add names to my deed in order to allow me to have additional guests. I could "talk to someone tomorrow from owner services." I can't wait until tomorrow because I had plans tomorrow. I had arranged for a very special guest and her kids to join me at the pool. I needed an answer tonight!! I was then forwarded to the general manager. He immediately threatened to hang up on me!! He didn't want to have this conversation nor did I!!! I warned him not to hang up on me!! He was so disrespectful and he argued with me for close to an hour when he suddenly told me that bottom line is that I could ONLY have UP TO 6 guests!! HELLO: I only planed on having a TOTAL of 6 people, including myself!! He proceeded to tell me that the gal that I initially spoke to said I was "trying to bring 14 people to the pool." NO!!! So I wasted over an hour of my time!! I was eventually granted permission to have up to six people at the pool, including myself, which is STANDARD for the unit I own!!!! I should have NEVER had to deal with this situation and be disrespected and waste my time!!! Okay...my blood pressure skyrocketed and my heart was beating out of my chest!! I missed my work out last night because I was fighting for MY RIGHT to use the pool and have a limited number of guests (not just ONE). Lots of deep breaths later, I focused on having fun at the pool the next day. The next day arrives and I go to CVS Pharmacy to pick up a couple toys for the kids. While in CVS, I receive a call from who the hell knows who (I have her number) apparently related to Cibola Vista, telling me "You would not believe the emails that I am receiving! What is going on (with attitude)?" I explained and she attempted to intimidate me and insult me telling me that "Day use is a privilege, not a right and it can be taken away at any time!" REALLY?????? People who might want to purchase based on being TOLD that you can utilize the "day use" program might want to take note!!!!!!! There are SO MANY insults and SO MANY UNACCEPTABLE things said to me during these conversations and I just don't have time to post it all!!!! I will be following up over the head of these assholes who think they can insult and bully OWNERS!!! I own timeshare with Diamond resorts and have owned timeshare with Diamond Resorts for 22 years. I LOVE my ownership with Diamond Resorts!!!! I cannot recommend buying into this ownership!!!!!!
