  • I went to LAVO with a group of thirteen girls this past weekend for a bachelorette brunch and we had so much fun. Living in Miami, I had low expectations for a non-pool-party brunch situation, but LAVO lived up to the hype. We arrived around 2 pm on Saturday and by 3 pm we were all dancing on the tables. You go for the party, not for the food (which is average, at best). Also, while we were "comped" a table with prime real estate in front of the DJ booth, we ended up spending a couple thousand bucks on bottles. Totally worth it though, and better than just blowing through that money at the casino (although we ended up doing that as well).
