If I could give zero stars I certainly would. Our stay started with an extremely rude valet attendant who yelled at me to move my car when I explained I was simply waiting to see if our room was ready and there were tons of cars parked all over including a limo he still told me I had to move. But I could valet the car why would I valet the car if I am unsure if our room was ready. Next we went up to our room and the AC was broken and it was about 90 degrees in the room. We called down to the front desk to get a room change and the tried to tell us that the air shuts off when we are not in the room, and kindly we told them we were in the room and the air would not turn on. She repeated again that it shuts off when you are not in the room and again we told her we were in the room calling from the room in the hotel room and the air is still not turning on and we would like a different room. Finally she told us we could come down to the front desk and change rooms. We went down and the room change was simple and when we got up to our new room the air was on and it was 72 in the room, so much for the excuse that it shuts off when not in the room. We took the same two elevators our whole stay and they were filthy. We called down to the front desk twice on our first day there to inform them of this and they said they would send someone to take care of it. When we woke up the next morning the same exact filth was still all over the elevator so we stopped at the front desk and told them again they said someone would take care of it. When we returned in the evening still nothing had been done. This back and forth about the elevator continued multiple times a day throughout our three night stay upon check out the elevators still had not been cleaned our whole stay and we walked with the manager on duty to the elevator as she could see that we had complained about it 5+ times about this. She apologized and took care of our resort fees for us which was nice but we would have rather them just clean the elevators. As we get our car out of valet we realized there was a dent in it that had not been there before. We told them about this and they checked there cameras and sure enough it was not there prior to the valet having the car, yet no one had said anything about denting it. Seems like they were trying to get away with something. They then asked us if we would like to file a report which might take a while as they would have to call security. This being a rental we didn't want to be responsible for the damage and we said of course we want to call security and we would gladly wait for them to show up. It seemed like the valet was trying to convince us not to file a report. Security was prompt and the filing of the report was easy. All in all our stay here was not what we expect and the best part of our stay was leaving and knowing we would never be coming back. The Linq could use some major help in customer service as without customers they wouldn't be there.
