| - I really enjoyed this place the first time I stayed here. This last time? nope! The room was dirty, the floor left my feet black, trash not picked up from the corners, some yellow sludge that looked like a loogy kept fining its way out from the cracks of the shower. The Jacuzzi tub is deafening loud when being filled in a neighboring room. I was on the 12th floor facing the pool with the windows closed the 5 children playing in the pool kept waking me up, I can only imagine how loud it gets during the summer not 50 degree Decembers. No detergent in the rooms like last time, but found out this was their mistake for not leaving it. As bad as all this is to make the stay suck, It was the bullshit timeshare presentation and the lying from the parking pass guy (Dave or David which ever he felt like using) and the time share "hostess" that gets me heated. When checking in they make you go get your parking pass from some other guy that sweet talks you into "checking out a room and giving your opinion of it" and you get a free buffet and $80 gift card. They pulled this shit on me last time I stayed and it took 4 hours out of my trip. But, last time it was presented as a timeshare presentation. I told him I didn't want to it took too much time last time. He's like it's really fast, you just have to look at the room and tell us what you think. the time share presentation is something completely different. I said ok.. now he asks me for $20 cash.. whatever fine. We go to the lobby the morning of and they tell to wait for our guide. ok fine someone has to show us where to go to see the room.. I ask the guide Julie (who has some nasty cold sore herpy looking shit on her lip) how long this will take and told her im not doing a time share presentaion they told us were looking at a room and going on our way I'm not doing some 3 hour thing.. shes like are you owners? not here I'm not. Oh this is only for owners did you get a letter? nope.. let me check with my supervisor... oh I can't find her, well I'll take you to eat and you can go on your way.. ya fucking right.. a tour of this huge casino/hotel next door that I've already done.. and then she joins us to eat with this nasty looking thing on her lip and continues to be chatty and nosey the whole meal, we're all pissed. ok now to look at the room fine.. same fucking room we're staying in cool rooms great give me my gift card. welllllll... you have to come talk to me as i try to sell you some b.s.. nope now talk to manager.. nope.. well how about this deal, we can sell you the same unit with no credit check for 18%APR your payments are less but you pay $20k more sweet!.. GTFO a whole lot of bullshit.. then when we get the gift card it's not activated and have to go all the way to the other building to have them fix it. 3 and a half hours of our day wasted we're all pissed.. and Julie started getting rude and being a smart ass when she figured out we're not buying anything and just trying to enjoy our trip. Hey I told her from the beginning I didn't want any part of this just give me the $20 back.. her own fault for her wasted time.
