  • Avoid taking a foreign vehicle here at all costs! Their tech put a wrong gas plug on my car and all the oil came out while I was driving. Also, their standard 20 point oil inspection includes inspecting the air filter. This same tech damaged the housing on my air filter when he attempted to access it....now they are unwilling to pay for the damage. They said since invoice shows 'N/A' for air filter they aren't liable...I say B.S. when it's part of their 20 point inspection! Staff also informed me this same employee was let go. They have high employee turn over..avoid them! No concern for the customer. All they care about is making $ and their bottom line. ZERO STARS is not an option so one star entered.
