I went to this nail salon once before and was pleased with their service - I had a pedicure. I returned today and did not have a good experience. The girl that did my pedicure was very rough with the tools on my pedicure and it was not a pleasant experience. My heels were so rough when I went to bed tonight that I had to get up and use a file on them to smooth them out.
When she did my manicure I had polish all over my fingers. So, I decided to talk to the manager/owner when I asked for change for a tip. All of the sudden while I was talking to him, the girl who did my nails comes up to the desk and starts hollering about "what is the problem". The manager said that I thought she was rough on my pedicure. She was saying that was the way she does a pedicure if I wasn't happy with it that I should let her know. I knew with her attitude that it would not be a good experience to tell her so I just let it be. I have no intentions to return to this salon for nail work in the future. I feel that the manager should have told her to go work on her current client and not be at the front desk hollering at a customer.
