About three years ago I bought a Chevy Tahoe and swore I would never buy another Chevy.
Recently, the door handle fell off and I called my salesman, Linda Seamans, and she dropped off a new Tahoe for me to drive and took the old one in and had it repaired at no charge.
In a few minutes of driving I realized the new Tahoe had been upgraded and everything I hated about my old one was no longer true. A few days later I found myself trading in and upgrading.
What happened? How does a guy go from "never again" to "write me up?"
I can honestly say it happened because of one person who cared and continued to service me, even though she knew how unhappy I am. I give the dealership and Chevy a star or two but Linda is 5 star all the way.
