  • I have been standing at the front counter for, literally, 20 minutes. The lady at the front counter, Cathy, has barely acknowledged me. So frustrating. All I want to know is if my lab orders have even arrived from my doctors office so I will know if I should continue to wait or come back. I don't mind waiting at all really but gosh, take a second to let a patron talk.
