  • I was running out of time when I began emails back and forth with Barbie at Gates Mills Place yesterday. I needed to move in before the end of February and had several false starts with other places. She was very friendly and helpful, by really listening to my needs and concerns, while also outlining the choices and pinpointing an apartment that was perfect for me. The entire process from inception to completion was less than two hours, and I move in on February 24th! Thank you for everything, Barbie!
