| - First time ever at Yojie the service was so amazing that I contemplated bringing my resume and working there. Friendly, attentive, staff fully understands the menu, and always presented neatly. The service is just a feature of its polished product. The neatly placed vegetables or equal positioned layers of meat on the plate will bring smiles to any OCD freaks.
From some perspectives the single digit quantity of meat may not seem like much, but Japanese hot pot (or any hot pot for that matter) is a long meal, providing satisfaction over a period of working time, allowing you to enjoy each bite you prepared for yourself. Your patience might be tested though as there is usually a line, and unconventional seating along an counter (sort of hinders group conversations, so avoid for double dates/meeting the folks)
Favorites include the Yojie's cut, prime rib, pork belly, Arnold Palmer-San (refills included), and the green tea fondue.
