  • Our air conditioner turned 23 years old this year and we decided to retire it this autumn/winter. After meticulously researching and receiving four bids, we elected to contract North Valley Mechanical for this major purchase. We could not be more pleased with the interaction between us and Kendra. The installment date was set quickly and was worked into our availability. The installment technicians, Tim and his partner, were polite, prompt, efficient and professional. They explained what they were doing clearly and answered all questions. Inside our home and outside was left in meticulous order. As a funny side note: We wanted to save a small piece of our old AC for memories. One of the technicians helped me remove a grill without even laughing about it. We would whole heartedly recommend North Valley Mechanical. It looks like the AC/heater was installed just in time, it's working smoothly as I sip coffee by our Christmas tree. "Baby, Its Cold Outside"
