  • The inspector for my condo clearly missed a huge crack in the roof. As a result I had a flood in one room and needed help fast. I needed to get 3 estimates for insurance purposes. One was so high I would have had to sign up for a payment plan for a few years just to pay it off! Also, all of them had 3 week wait times since we were in monsoon season. The sales rep for Renco told me what I needed to have done now and what I could hold off on and repair down the road. Their price was not only the lowest, it was more realistic for the scope of work that needed to be done. Because I chose them that same day, the rep came back that same afternoon and sealed the major crack so that I would be protected in the event it rained before they could do the whole job. They were able to schedule me within the week.and I didn't have to be home for them. The workers were clean and efficient. Moreover, the rep provided me with pictures and language that helped me get money back from the inspection company and the home warranty company! They were honest, reliable and reasonable...what more could you ask for!
