  • I must say this trattoria inside the Venetian is quite delectable. Both the food and the service were excellent! The more notable entrees were the 4-cheese pizza, linguini frutti di mare (contains shrimp, baby clams, and calamari tossed in a spicy red clam sauce over pasta), linguine carbonara (linguine al dente, imported pancetta, egg yolks, and parmigiano reggiano). The dishes tasted more authentic Italian than one would have expected. The garlic bread knots served were so good I wish I had the room to eat more of them. All in all, terrific restaurant in a very nice hotel with very reasonable price!
