We went to the bank to make a payment. My wife was a few seconds behind me going into the lobby as she stopped to use the ATM in the entry. The bank locked her out and refused to let me let her in so she could stand in line with me. They said it was 'for security purposes'. Yes, we know we went in right before the bank closes but I felt the rule is excessive. Especially considering that my wife is 5'0 and there was a man in line in front of my with a gun on his hip. For security purposes they had to lock out my wife....
My general experience with Chase is that they take our business for granted and have dumb rules.
