My old review was colorful, but doesn't match the tone I like to keep on Yelp these days.
I'll sum it up by saying the overall experience surrounding the dental work was unpleasant, but my dentist was decent. It was very hard to get through the phone system to make an appointment and the billing experience was haphazard due to mismatches in deductible requested at the time of visit and follow-up requests for additional fees. This could be attributed to "insurance is complicated," but the billing staff were more punitive than gracious when it came to explaining additional costs post visit.
Finally, the waiting room seemed full of unhappy people, each with their own complications surrounding the administrative aspects of the visit. I thought this was just a bad day the first time, but the second visit for a follow-up filling featured a woman fully exasperated and near tears with a receptionist. I recommend going elsewhere unless you're a fan of schadenfreude or working on screenplay for a dark, pedestrian realism comedy.
