  • Overall my expierence wasnt horrible, however the staff was pitiful. The staff avoided eye contact and conversation with guests and were extremely rude if you tried to engage them in a conversation. The woman at the aquarium touch tanks sat at her post ignoring guests reading a book and would not smile or answer any questions. The staff gave the impression that they didn't care wether anyone was there or not. Also the animal enrichment was pour and the animals at the zoo seemed very bored.
