  • When you're in your 40s the youngsters working at placing like these often talk down to you and make you feel stupid for not knowing all of the nomenclature and "cool stuff." Angela didn't do that at all, she made me feel like an important customer and that she truly wanted to help me. I was upgrading and told her that if I lost my text messages I would be in trouble. Instead of proceeding she told me to go home and back up my phone to make sure nothing got lost. I came back after backing up and her and Alejandro helped me get rolling. Very polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience fun. At the end I was loaded up with product and forgot the cell phone in their store. Alejandro ran the phone out to my car. Great service. I'll tell everyone I know to go there. Thank you, Angela and Alejandro. You were great!
