  • Their technicians are idiots. They told me that my CYM was high and I need to do a drain and fill of my pool. So I scheduled it 2 weeks out. But the technician kept placing more chlorine tabs, which has CYM in the pool. CYM prevents the chlorine from degrading. I asked why they don't use straight chlorine, and the answer was that the chlorine would degrade. Now I have two years of college chemistry, but I don't think you need that to figure out that if your CYM is high that straight chlorine would not degrade, and you do not keep adding CYM. I had them do the drain. They placed the pump in my pool and the next morning, I expected them to be at my house early the next day to clean up the remaining debris, hose my pool down, remove the pump and start filling. I came home at lunch to check the pool at 1pm and no one had showed up. 105' 9% humidity. I was afraid that could cause my pool to crack, so I did the work myself. I contacted the company, and they said the technician was delayed. I told her as a common courtesy it would have been nice if I was informed. They did apologize and reduce my fee but I would have preferred them to do the job properly. On a previous visit, when they came to clean my main filters, the technician cleaned my filters right next to my filter pumps and left all the debris and mess. When I first met the owner, he seemed very nice and knowledgeable however, I will be changing companies.
