  • I can't say enough good things for this company. As a first time homeowner, I feel like I'm always struggling to find companies that practice with integrity and good value, and thank the Lord I have found one in Always Open. They are prompt, honest, and do very good work at a very reasonable cost. Tonight was the second time I called them, and I called because the first time they had come to fix a broken spring they did a fantastic job on it at a very reasonable price. This evening I called at 8PM, and within an hour, someone was at my house. He immediately figured out there was an obstruction that I hadn't seen, cleared it and made sure that it would never occur again, and then went ahead and did routine maintenance on the door for me, and advised me on a potential issue to watch out for. And then he would not take any payment other than gas money, even when I insisted upon paying for his time and effort so late in the evening. I would not hesitate to call Always Open for anything involving my garage door in the future, and would highly recommend them.
