  • This location is by far the worst motel I've ever stayed in. I'm a traveling contractor and have been staying at Candlewood motels for the past 4 years. I'm not sure how this motel is still operating considering the terrible management and how filthy it is. Yes, there are renovations going on but that is no excuse for the other rooms that are not currently being renovated. The first time I stayed here I moved to 3 different rooms before I found one that was even remotely close to being suitable to stay in. There was a layer of dog hair in the first rooms carpet that you could scrape up with your shoe(See attached photo). The second room had been robbed of all the pots and pans and the ac unit was not working. As for the third, well it was a Suite and the ac unit was not working in the living room but the bedroom worked but had a water leak so the stench of mold consumed the room. Unbelievable that these people are still in business here.
