  • Worst customer service!!! Avoid this location at all costs!!! I went in to this location to buy a Nest DropCam Pro (IP camera). They didn't have any on the shelf and I just needed a CSR to check stock and get one from the back. The website indicated that they had stock. Multiple CSR's just walked past and didn't offer any assistance. I stopped a few CSR's. Some said they were with other customers. Understandable. But two other CSR's said they would check and never returned. In fact, they went to assist other customers. And the store wasn't even that busy!!! All I needed was the camera from the back stock room. Avoid this store at all costs. The other poor customer reviews are accurate. If I could, I'd give it less than one star.
