Found Stoke's from reviews right here on Yelp. Based on my first visit I can concur that the food at this place is fantastic. It doesn't look like much from the outside, or even from the furnishings inside, but it's the food that counts. I had the Ropa Vieja (pressed sandwich with carnitas pork, red peppers and grilled onions with a side of au jus) and one of the soups of the day, tomato pepper jack. If I had one criticism it would be that the soup was maybe a little too hot, but otherwise, everything was perfect. I have a new favorite place to eat in Pittsburgh, and I plan to return.
