  • Sushi is amazing literally any time of day. 11:30am is no different!! Ru San's has long been my favorite sushi establishment in Charlotte. It does not play around. Lunch time special is $12 for all you can eat buffet of fresh (yes fresh sushi buffet- crazy, but the plates go so fast that it HAS to be fresh) delicious sushi. Lots of variety too. Nothing crazy or over the top like a rainbow roll but all you usuals. Part of the buffet also includes nigiri, salad, fruit and little desserts. Lord- yes. I took a handful of co-workers there yesterday and we got there right when they opened at 11:30. We had no problems getting two big tables for our group, and the service was wonderful. They tend to churn people in and out around their lunch time buffet, but even with out group, none of the servers were hasty or pushing us out the door. My biggest regret is that I didn't get more!
