Very poor customer service skills. I reserved a trailer to pull behind my truck, during my moving process I had misplaced my driver license, I knew my DL# and brought my passport for identification purposes. I rented a trailer based off the above story. Two weeks later same place different agent, I believe was the owner or manager. Said I couldn't do it. I explained that I just did it a few weeks earlier, he cut me off mid sentence and said nope! I tried to plead my case again and he kept shaking his head no, no,no, like a child. I have no problem with the policies, however don't cut me off and talk to me like some kid. Needless say I will never return there! If he apologized and said I'm not sure who rented you a trailer before was wrong, I would of been okay with it.
