I only have service with CenturyLink because I have no other choice. Customer service is horrific. By far, the worst company I have ever dealt with. Had to wait 6 days to have internet turned on because the CSR rep had my address wrong the first time I called to have service turned on. I confirmed with him 3 times what the correct address was and either he didn't actually enter it correctly or there was a glitch in the system. Either way, when I called again and talked to 4 different CSR or tech support, each one of them still sited the WRONG address! Supposedly they finally got it right but now I'm at the bottom of the list to actually get service! Even though they got my address wrong. Surreal. And get this... After all this, the CenturyLink person I talked to last wanted to sell me Direct TV! Almost funny if it weren't so pathetic.
