  • I can't find Target Optical for the Boca Park W Charleston location but their in-house doc located there is very greedy and takes advantage of people since they are located in the store. I couldn't even get new contacts because my script was three days over one year. I have never gone yearly and most insurances allow one per 24 months. This doc is greedy and mean-spirited.
