I retired about a year ago, needed to fill my day, so I signed up for a cooking class at Sweet Basil. I have since taken an additional 4 classes and have enjoyed each one. I have learned something in every class and have made a lot of the dishes at home. The recipes are easy, doable and delicious. The chefs are awesome with their tips and information. At 70 years old I am going to continue my cooking education.. I am now looking forward to the 'wok and roll' class in September!!
