  • Our flight was late and we did not check in until 1:00am. The woman behind the counter said she was waiting for us and was so friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Bed was comfy and 4...yes 4 pillows each! Nice breakfast with eggs, waffles, biscuits, bacon etc... The entire staff was extremely nice. Special thank you to Edna, Etka, and Heather for their outstanding service and bright personalities. Coming from Los Angeles it is quit refreshing!! Close to everything you may want to do in Cleveland and of course the airport. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Cleveland! Thank you!!!
