  • Middle of the road as far as Panera is concerned. The employees are mainly friendly. However, this store always seems to fail at making sure the beverage station is stocked. There are time when there are no lids or straws or beverages canisters are empty. Also keep in mind that this location does not have rapid pick-up options, ordering from your table, or the in-store kiosks where you can avoid standing in line like nearly every other Panera I'm familiar with in Phoenix. There is plenty of room to retrofit the store to add these features.
