  • DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED. CROOKS. They are not trustworthy. Sent to me through my Home Warranty Company. Came to my home for a washing machine repair. Spent about 10m running a machine self diagnosis. During the diagnosis the tech told me it was a drain pump ( I guess he is telepathic). My internet research on the error code never said anything about a pump. When I asked how the pump was related to the specific error code, and stated that my research indicated a completely different part he asked me in a condescending tone "Do you want to diagnose the problem?". I said no and I would trust his experience. Waited the 1 1/2 weeks for the part and appt. Drain pump replaced on a Saturday. VERY FIRST LOAD - SAME ERROR CODE. Washer still does not work. Almost 4 weeks without a washing machine now. You can imagine the stress this is creating in my home. Called the company immediately - no answer. Emailed the warranty company. A new recall claim was submitted to RECALL - basically directing them to come back out to my home to see what is going on. Monday I spoke with the company and made an appt for Tuesday, wherein my husband had to leave work to accommodate their 2 hour window. They NEVER CALLED AND NEVER SHOWED. I called the warranty company back and they said the claim was closed - the tech reports wrong soap. ( Under contract with my home warranty company they were REQUIRED to come back out to my home and diagnose. THEY NEVER DID and submitted untrue information to close the claim) TOTAL LIARS.. The soap was checked at the first appt and the tech said I was using the correct H.E. soap. DISGUSTING MORALS, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, TOTALLY UNTRUSTWORTHY. PLEASE PROTECT YOURSELF, FAMILY AND FINANCES FROM THESE SLITHERING SNAKES. THE EXACT TYPE OF COMPANY YOU FEAR AND PRAY YOU NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH. CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED. I wish I had read the reviews prior to allowing these crooks into my home. Unfortunately I trusted the warranty companies referral. NEVER AGAIN - ALWAYS DO YOUR RESEARCH.
