  • The Cookie Bar food truck delivers with wholesome, delicious cookies with an edge!!! Cookies are handmade in small batches using the finest quality ingredients, and made everything from scratch. I had an opportunity to try the "PB Kitchen Sink" which is like a brookie if your like me that can't decide whether or not to a want a cookie or a brownie this is the best option. The cookie and brownie baking consistency was perfect, made it a delicious, rich and chocolaty yum yum. I love the spin the Cookie Bar puts on their cookies, nothing looks dull to try everything seems amazing. Like the Nookie Cookie, a chocolate chip cookie with caramel in the middle, very ingenious. Virginia is a super nice, sociable and I could tell she enjoys bringing smiles to people faces. Plus, she updates her status quite frequently on facebook and instagram so it's easy follow her truck. I hope to see the Cookie Bar again soon!
