  • This store is ridiculous! I've been here over 30 MIN AND STILL WAITING!!! the cashier couldn't find my upgrade. Had to call 2 managers. They FINALLY told her how to do it and after a 30+ min wait she decides to help the 2 people who came AFTER me a few min before she got my account set. All she has to do is clean my bed and hit ok yet I'm still waiting. And have a babysitter. Canceling my account again. I don't know why I tried this place again. Huge mistake. Wish management would fix things.
