Cox has the worst customer service ever! I have been a customer for over 20 years and I just got a bill for a $100 more than last month's bill. Apparently some of my discounts have expired but they offered me a $5/month discount for being a loyal customer...lol!! I am going to start looking into new service providers. I have never met anyone who actually likes Cox as a provider. I would rather give birth to twins while have three root canal's than have to deal with their customer service department. How is it possible after all these years they do not find a specialist to try and teach their staff to provide good customer service. Absolutely the worst company!
