  • WOW! What a mess this company is. I should have read the reviews before ordering. I purchased 12 40z Mason Jars. The one in the center is completely smashed. I wanted a full refund. They were very short and nasty on the phone. The Manager told me that she will credit me $1.11 for the Jar. I told her I need 12 Jars and she said I would have to send back with postage paid. She said the rest are fine. Is she kidding me? there is shattered glass all inside the box. Who in their right might would can with small glass particles in their food? These means they are all useless and should refund me. They disagree and say it can be used. Also she stated that if that happens they resale so that means YES.......There products may contain BROKEN GLASS particles if sold without the box. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I AM ALSO PLACING THIS ON YOUTUBE
