  • We decided to do lunch today at Mesa grill and for the second time in a row they nailed it. I ordered the green chile burger and once again it was outstanding. It's perfect in size so you won't end up taking a nap after lunch. Cooked to a perfect temp. with melted cheese, green chiles, cilantro, and the best tasting red onions I have found on a burger today. While Caesars has since opened their new food court and managed to stuff a smash burger in there I still think it's worth the wait and not much more money to sit down and enjoy one of bobby flays burgers.
