As far as their techs go.... GREAT! Customer service not so much. I have used Silver State for several of my companies in the past and they have always been a little bit higher than others but because of the techs I have never had a problem paying the extra money. But today was just sort of the straw that broke the camels back..... So if you need a part for your AC unit, Get this.... They CHARGE YOU an hour labor to go pick it up! So an extra 75.00. I am sorry but this is just greed.... This would be the equivalent of me charging my repair customers an extra hour just to run down to a dealership or a parts store to pick up the parts to repair their car and charging them for it??
