Pros:
1. The apartments themselves are pretty nice for the area and have HUGE patios! Like large enough for me to have a small veggie garden and still enough room for my two large dogs to play in real dirt. This was definitely the selling point for us.
2. The ceilings and walls are concrete so I don't have to hear all the college parties going on upstairs and they can't here me:)
3. Lots of parking, both covered and uncovered, very close to my apartment.
4. I've thankfully only had to place one maintenance request but they were quick about it. They came the next day and fixed one of the lightbulbs.
5. Wood flooring and really cool light fixtures!
Cons:
1. The first week I found a roach the size of a mouse. However, I haven't seen any since and we've been living here for 3 months now.
2. Management sucks! They never answer the phone even before I moved in and they switched our apartment, and the rent, on us the day before we got our keys. There is no communication between them and even the manager has no idea what's going on.
3. They have no ceiling fans. This is Arizona so I can't believe they could be this stupid but not one of the apartments I've been in here has a ceiling fan.
Bottom Line:
Honestly, I moved in for the patio so my dogs wouldn't hate me for making them live in an apartment. I'm happy with what I got and as long as the management doesn't screw something up I think I'll continue to be happy. As far as recommending it to a friend I'm not sure yet but I might for someone who wants an apartment with a (kinda) yard.
