  • I received a call from the hospital subsequent to the review below. They do follow up to insure the quality of their services. I am very happy that they did this. I voiced my concerns and they were very empathetic. I moved to the far west valley several years ago, so this is the ER I choose for myself, my mom and my fours sons. I have had great and not so great experiences in the ER. My mother was instructed by her physicians office to go to the ER (she is post stroke & has uncontrolled high BP). The triage nurse lectured my mother about coming in, stating that she should just go to her doctor. That is a bad nurse. It wasn't his job to trump a physician. I was mis-diagnosed last weekend. I was told that I have a virus, it is a peptic ulcer. The physician didn't ask me if the symptoms flair at night, didn't order a barium x-Ray and didn't order a H. Pylori test. For those two reasons, I'm giving only two stars.
