  • DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE! I attempted to have my vehicle serviced at the AutoNation Toyota on Sahara last Friday and things went bad as soon as I rolled in the service bay. I had made an appointment the week prior with Mario for 3:45pm oil change. After waiting at Mario's desk for 10 minutes, Mario walks by and asks if someone is helping me. I explain that I have an appointment with him. After 5 more minutes of wating he comes back and tells me that I do not have an appointment. He said " I don't take appointments this late" I should the email confirmation with his name on it. He then tells me he can get me in around 7pm, 3 hours later! After a few more minutes of me complaining about the appointment program, Mario turned and walked away. I left and went to Findlay Toyota, they did a great job. Side note- This dealer does not offer a car wash after service, Findlay Toyota does. Signed, You lost my business
