  • The Westin wasn't a bad experience once we got through check-in. We arrive at midnight on a Friday evening after work and there was a long line to check in and the front desk was moving very slowly. After we battled that, it was a good experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and has a big lobby. It's downtown Pittsburgh and you can walk to restaurants and coffee shops nearby as well as a fun neighborhood (the Strip District). The service is good and the hotel has a good workout room. The rooms are spacious and they accommodate children well. We'd stay here again!
