  • I have been taking my children to Healing Hearts since my daughter was born in Dec 2009. Their doctor was Dr. Sonja Stevenson and we were very happy with her. But today I called for my son's upcoming 3 yr well checkup and found out she is no longer with the Practice. How disappointing. I made an appt. with Dr. Oliden and we will see how that goes. We might have to look for a new pediatrician if she doesn't work out. But I really liked the convenience of their location. Minutes from my house. Gilbert location is also not bad. A 15 min drive for me, which worked in urgent situations. We have seen both nurse practitioners, Dr. Keane, Dr. Wilcock, Dr. McKenna and really liked Dr. Stevenson and Dr. Wilcock best. She has also left the practice. NP Nikki is awesome. If you have a choice between her and the other NP, go to her. For the past few years we have only experienced long wait times in the lobby twice, maybe 3 times. We usually get in to see the doctor within minutes of checking in. Those longer wait times have happened when I had a same day appointment. However those are probably the worst times because you usually have a sick kid on your hands.
