  • Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. I have lived in Optima Sonora Village for a twelve months. Your response is a perfect reflection why your on the 5th property management team in less than a year. I would expect the new teams you hire to provide outstanding customer service since there are only going to be there for 2.5 months. Great facilities but need to improve customer service to make it a good place to live!!
