The Good: The doctor is thorough BUT he ordered blood work that insurance did not approve to be medically necessary...but I still paid for it. He does put things into layman's terms BUT he watches the clock a lot!
The BAD: The admin staff was terrible. Returned calls after 2-3 times of calling to get anything done....always asked for "a good number to reach me at" ....duh you have it but don't call it! After they changed over to some outside billing company, it took a month or more to cash my $30 co-pay checks. They don't have a credit card machine in the office..WHAT BUSINESS ACCEPTS cash or check only! My insurance to this day has not been billed from a February and March visit! After giving up on the billing process I was called by an office manager..."I'm returning one of your MANY phone calls....in the 18 years I've been doing this, I've never had anyone complain that their insurance was not billed." UMMM....does the doctor want to get paid??
*******THE WORST....I WAS SENT ANOTHER PATIENTS TEST RESULTS INTO MY PORTAL!!!!!!!! I called and said this is not me...they said OOPS!! I wonder who has my results!! I am now in the process of filing an AZ Medical Board Complaint Form*******
