  • This place just stole my heart the first time I came in with my family. The nostalgia of searching the shelves for a movie is a bit of simplicity that I feel is lacking with the easy access of everything we do today. They have a great selection of retro candy and sodas that add to the overall experience. They have a pretty good selection of movies and great deals. One of the deals is five movies for five nights for five bucks...awesome. Really cool couple that own the place that are as nice and helpful as they come. We want to rent out the theater they have there for parties or just a movie night...the surround sound is awesome in there! Anytime I go in I can't help but feel a bit sad that more people don't know about this place. The only thing I will say is that if you're in a rush and looking for a particular movie that instead of trying to find it yourself just go ask the guy at the front for it and he'll have it ready for you right away. If you're not in a rush- take your time looking and enjoy the nostalgia and all things wonderful that make up 'Movies and Candy'.
